
Pre-Service Checklist
To prevent unnecessary service requests and potential inconvenience, please check the following before submitting a service request.
General Guidelines
- Read the User Manual Carefully: Ensure the issue is not caused by misinterpretation or improper operation.
- Note: If the device is found to be functioning properly, service fees will apply even if it is within the warranty period.
Power Issues
- Check the Power Supply: Ensure the power cord and plug are not damaged. Test the power outlet by connecting another appliance (e.g., a table lamp) to verify proper power supply.
Overheating Issues
- Allow the Device to Cool Down: Some devices have a built-in thermal protection switch. Before resetting, ensure the device has sufficiently cooled.
Cooling Issues
- Clean the Condenser Filter: Regularly clean the condenser filter of refrigerators and freezers. Before submitting a service request, make sure the filter is clean.
