Delivery Areas
All regions across New Zealand (including urban and rural, but remote/rural may have longer times)
Processing Time
Orders of small items before 12:00 PM on business days are processed same day; others on next business day
Estimated Delivery Times
- North Island: 2 - 3 business days
- South Island: 3 - 5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5 - 7 business days
Delivery Charges
Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
Large Bulky Items
May require special handling, additional charges, and longer delivery times. Customer service will contact for arrangements
Order Tracking
Receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after dispatch. Track online through courier's system. Contact sales team if no notification due to technical issues
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday during standard business hours. Someone must be available to receive. Courier may leave a card for re - delivery or pickup if no one is present
Special Delivery Instructions
Include specific instructions when placing an order. We'll pass them to the courier
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
Contact the courier to arrange re - delivery or collect from depot if a delivery attempt fails. Additional charges may apply for multiple re - delivery attempts
Damaged or Missing Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if order is damaged or items are missing. We'll arrange replacement or refund

Restricted Delivery Areas
Remote or rural areas may have restricted options or longer times. Customer service will contact to discuss
Pick - up Option
Pick - up from our distribution warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. Receive a notification when order is ready
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Service Type: Kerbside Drop - off (Door - to - Door)
- Delivery Personnel: Completed by a single driver to minimize costs
- Delivery Access: Items are delivered to the kerbside or nearest accessible point to your door; not inside your premises
- Scheduling: Standard deliveries do not allow for specific delivery date or time reservations
- Tracking: Receive a tracking number within a couple of days after processing, allowing you to monitor your order’s status on the courier’s website
Premium Delivery (In - Store Delivery)
- Service Type: In - Store Delivery (delivered inside your premises)
- Delivery Personnel: Completed by a two - man team for handling larger and heavier items
- Additional Services: May include removal of old appliances, removal of packaging, or delivery on a specific day/time. These services require advance arrangement and may incur additional charges
- Limitations: Does not include delivery to shopping centers, upstairs deliveries, or lifting heavy equipment over counters without a special quote
- Arrangement: If you require Premium Delivery or any additional services, please complete the relevant form on our website to coordinate with our private courier partners
